MANETTE AT ABETONE

For the Easter weekend of April 25th, we decided not to watch others polishing their bikes in the garage. Let's fire up the beasts and aim our forks towards the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines for a weekend that can only be described as "on fire."

We've put together a ride that is a true tribute to cornering: Passo delle Radici, Passo dell'Abetone, Passo della Futa and Passo della Consuma. Basically, if after these two days you still have tires with "hairs" on the sides, you'll lose your official club membership!

The Program
Saturday April 25: Towards the Peaks
8:30 AM: Everyone ready at Bar "La Dolce Via" in Castelfranco di Sopra. Breakfast, chat and pressure check (tires and desire for throttle).
9:00 AM: Official departure. We head towards the heart of the Apennines.
11:00 AM: Tactical stop at Santa Croce sull'Arno at Cerri'S Bar for a quick coffee.
12:45 PM: Lunch at "Il Bugno" Restaurant in Fornaci di Barga. We load up the proteins we need for the climb.
Afternoon: After a quick visit to the Barga village, we set off to attack Passo delle Radici and slide towards the hotel.
Evening: Arrival in Fiumalbo, dinner at Hotel Bristol restaurant and overnight stay. Here we laugh, joke and tell cornering stories (often invented) until late.

Sunday April 26: The Domain of the Passes
Morning: Energetic breakfast and 9:15 AM sharp in the saddle. His majesty Abetone awaits us!
10:40 AM: Stop at Bar "Al Campanile" in Castel d'Aiano to catch our breath.
1:00 PM: We eat (and well!) at Trattoria "Da Jolanda" in Firenzuola. Futa calls, Jolanda answers.
Afternoon: We close beautifully with Passo della Consuma and the inevitable stop at the "Chalet" for a final goodbye before heading back to Valdarno.

Participation Fees (All Inclusive Package)
You don't have to think about anything, just drive. The fee includes: breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunches on Saturday and Sunday, dinner on Saturday, overnight stay and the inevitable commemorative sticker to make envious those who stayed home.

Single Room: 165 € for Le Manette members – 175 for non-members
Double Room: 150 € for Le Manette members – 160 for non-members
Triple Room: 145 € for Le Manette members – 155 for non-members
NOTE: Places are limited (the hotel is not infinite!). The ride is open to any type of bike and rider: what matters is the group spirit and the desire to ride some curves in peace.
